⭐ 1. Order Processing & Production Time
All Varmade products are custom-made for each customer.
👉 Production Time: 7–8 days
This includes fabric selection, cutting, embroidery, finishing, and quality checks.
Once production is completed, your order will be dispatched through our trusted courier partners.
⭐ 2. Shipping Within India
📦 Domestic Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges within India are weight-based and calculated at checkout.
🕒 Delivery Time:
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier service availability.
📍 Dispatch Location:
All orders are shipped from our facility in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD):
We do not offer COD due to the customized nature of our ethnic wear.
⭐ 3. International Shipping
We ship to several countries worldwide.
🌍 International Shipping Charges:
Charges are weight-based and calculated automatically during checkout.
🕒 Delivery Timeline:
International deliveries may take 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, customs, and courier availability.
🧾 Customs, Duties & Taxes:
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any additional fees charged by your country must be paid by the customer.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Varmade is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
⭐ 4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via:

📱 SMS/WhatsApp (if enabled)
You can track your shipment through our partners including Bluedart, Delhivery, and others.
If you have not received your tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact us.
⭐ 5. Delivery Delays
Delivery times may vary due to:
High season (festive/wedding months)
Remote locations
Customs clearance for international orders
Weather conditions
Courier delays
Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
⭐ 6. Failed Deliveries
If a package is undeliverable due to:
Incorrect address
Customer unavailability
Phone number not reachable
Refusal to accept the package
The order will not be eligible for a refund.
Reshipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-delivery.
⭐ 7. Order Marked as Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package:
You must report it to us within 24 hours
Courier investigation may take 7–10 working days
No refunds are issued while investigation is in progress.
