At Varmade, every garment is crafted with precision, artistry, and personalised attention. Since we specialise in custom-made ethnic wear, our policies ensure fairness, transparency, and protection of craftsmanship.

⭐ 1. Customised Product Policy (Important)

All Varmade ethnic wear products are made-to-order for each customer.

Therefore:

βœ” If production has NOT started, you MAY request a refund.

You must contact us immediately after placing the order.

❌ Once production starts, no refund, cancellation, or exchange is allowed.

This is because:

  • Fabrics & embellishments are procured specifically for your order

  • Artisan labour begins early in the process

  • Custom sizing & cutting cannot be reused

⭐ 2. Cancellation Policy

πŸ‘‰ Before Production Begins:

If you request cancellation before production starts, we will issue a full refund.

Production usually starts within 2–6 hours of order placement.

❌ No cancellation or refund will be allowed.

⭐ 3. Refund Policy

βœ” Refunds allowed only if:

  • You request cancellation before production begins

  • Payment was deducted due to technical error

  • We are unable to fulfill the order from our side

❌ Refunds NOT allowed if:

  • Production has started

  • Wrong size was selected by the customer

  • Customer changes mind

  • Customer doesn’t like product after delivery

  • Color looks different due to screen settings

  • Delivery delays by courier

  • Customs delays for international shipments

  • Customer ordered by mistake but didn’t inform in time

⭐ 4. Return & Exchange Policy

❌ No returns or exchanges for customised ethnic wear once produced.

We accept returns/exchanges ONLY if:

  • You receive a damaged product, OR

  • A wrong item was delivered

In such cases:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide an unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Include clear photos of the defect

If approved, we will provide either:

No monetary refunds will be issued.

⭐ 5. Size Issues

❌ No returns or refunds for wrong size ordered by customer.

Since all outfits are cut & stitched as per selected size.

βœ” If we deliver a wrong size (manufacturing error), we will replace it.

⭐ 6. International Orders
  • International duties & customs must be paid by the customer

  • Delivery delays due to customs are not refundable

  • No returns/refunds for international deliveries

⭐ 7. Delivery Policy
  • Standard delivery time: 15–20 days

  • During festive/wedding seasons, extra time may be needed

  • We use trusted partners: Bluedart, Delhivery, etc.

  • Delivery delays are not eligible for refunds

⭐ 8. Courier Issues

If the parcel is marked delivered but not received:

  • Report to us within 24 hours

  • Courier investigation may take 7–10 working days

  • No refunds are provided, but we will support investigation

⭐ 9. Product Variations

Due to handcrafted nature:

  • Minor changes in color, embroidery, or artwork may occur

  • These are not considered defects

Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except logistics & payment partners.
